This cotton petticoat is extra full, with a deep ruffle. Petticoats are often worn over a hoop skirt to smooth out the hoop marks on the skirt of the gown and give a look of extra fullness in the skirt. This petticoat has a drawstring waist and a deep 19" ruffle at the bottom. It would work equally well with a day dress or a ball gown. One size fits all; the drawstring waist measures 68" when fully extended. Available in two lengths - 42” and 46”. Fits easily over a 6-boned hoop. Made in America.
